Refund Policy: Due to the bespoke nature of our services and the substantial investment of time and resources involved in each project, BlueCheck Marketing Studio, LLC does not provide refunds once the design and development process has commenced. Once a payment has been made, it signifies acknowledgment and agreement to this policy.

Project Initiation: The design and development process officially begins once the client has made the initial payment as specified in the proposal or contract. At this point, the client acknowledges that they have reviewed and accepted the terms outlined in this service policy.

Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, materials, and approvals necessary for the progression of the project. Delays caused by a lack of client responsiveness may impact project timelines and could result in additional fees.

Clients are encouraged to voice any concerns or questions they may have throughout the duration of the project via email to keep record of all communications, and to allow our team to keep a concise list of requests.

BlueCheck Marketing Studio, LLC reserves the right to terminate services if a client breaches the terms of the agreement, engages in disruptive communication patterns including profanity, harassment, and micromanagement; or fails to fulfill their financial obligations.
